At Apollo Scooters, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride; if you're not, you can return your unused electric scooter within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Receive Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the scooter in its original box with all included accessories and manuals, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
